Culinary Challenge

This year marks the start of The Chef Willis Culinary Challenge. The aim of this challenge is to to build on the skills already taught in the classroom; such skills as healthy eating guidelines, food safety, and sanitary practices, while developing the culinary and team building skills of high school students. The Chef Willis Culinary Challenge is a unique blend of skills instruction and food specific household economics and will make use of the hospitality facilities of the Real Canadian Superstore at 411 Louth St. in St. Catharines.
